During the summer of 2023 we will not be offering a next day delivery service due to our Founder Natalie being on Maternity Leave. Please order in advance.

*Orders over £100 will automatically receive free shipping. If you return the full order, you will be charged our standard shipping fee of £4.95. If you return part of your order and the basket totals less the £100, you will be charged our standard shipping fee of £4.95. We will take this fee from your refund.

All order are processed on Monday’s and shipped via DHL Express taking 1-5 working days to reach our international customers.
FAQ’s about Delivery & Shipping
When will my order be sent?
Orders placed on Thursday and Friday are shipped a Monday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday (before 9am) are shipped on a Tuesday. Orders placed Tuesday (after 9am), Wednesday and Thursday (before 9am) are shipped on a Thursday.
How do I track my order?
All orders shipped via Royal Mail/ DHL Express will be notified with a tracking number via text or email. Please ensure your details you input at check-out are correct to receive notifications.
Undeliverable Items
Should your parcel be undeliverable to you by the courier or postal service your order will be held for as period of time at the companies collection point. Should you fail to collect your item the order will be returned to sender (us). This item will be automatically refunded, minus the shipping costs [and returned to stock. If you wish to purchase the item/s again please do so via the website.
